Terms & Conditions

Section 1 Scope and seller
These terms and conditions apply to all orders you place through the online shop at metra.at. Your contractual partner is METRA, owner Leon Wohlgemuth, Sonntagstraße 11, 42275 Wuppertal, Germany, email: info@metra.at. Purchases in the TikTok Shop are governed exclusively by the terms that apply there.
Section 2 Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. In the cart, you can change quantities and the shipping region and correct your entries at any time. By clicking a payment button (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or “More payment methods”) and then confirming with the payment service, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. You can cancel the process at any time before this confirmation.
The contract is concluded as soon as your payment has been successfully authorized and we send you the order confirmation by email. The contract language is German; this English translation is for information only. We do not store the contract text separately; you will receive the order details, these terms and conditions and the cancellation policy with the order confirmation by email.
Section 3 Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added: €1.99 within Germany and €3.99 worldwide. For orders with a merchandise value of €10 or more, shipping within Germany is free and worldwide shipping costs €1.99. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before you order. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are borne by the customer.
In the cart, you can additionally select a voluntary amount to support our work. This amount is not preselected, is charged only after you have expressly selected it, and can be removed or changed at any time before you pay. It is not consideration for a delivery and is therefore not subject to VAT. It is not a donation within the meaning of tax law, so we cannot issue a donation receipt. If you withdraw from your order or we cancel it, we refund this amount together with the purchase price.
Section 4 Payment
Payment is made in advance via the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Dublin, Ireland). Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and, under “More payment methods”, credit card and the other methods shown there are available. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract. No customer account is required.
Section 5 Delivery
We deliver to Germany and to the countries that can be selected in the payment step. The delivery time is 2–4 business days and begins on the day after receipt of payment. If the period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, it is extended to the next business day. If an item is exceptionally unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund any payments already made.
Section 6 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid for in full.
Section 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the Cancellation Policy.
Section 8 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. When refilling, please observe the safety instructions of the fragrance used.
Section 9 Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Section 10 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
